The objective of this project is to explore this initiative from either regional, urban or global contexts and to develop a design concept which integrates senior living and secondary education facilities, programs and associated
environments to create intentional space for co-learning, co-care, co-fitness and co-creation.

The idea of the inter generational campus is to create a harmony senior living environment and creative learning environment for teenagers. A distinctive main road brings a clear direction for users, meanwhile that was a outline of zoning.

There are three main area: Campus area, Senior living area and Community area. All of the area has their own supporting facilities to enhance their performance, meanwhile forming a village atmosphere.
