Australia is facing one of the greatest challenges, which is the separation of generations. This problem impacts on quality of life and health for both the young and old generation. The isolation increases due to the different designs of senior living facilities and education campuses. Therefore, the idea of combining two types of buildings is expected to solve the issue. The concept aims to create meaningful activities for interactions of both youth and seniors.
