The new Hall of Democracy aims to create a new understanding of the role of landscape in forming a shared vision of Australian Democracy. Designed in collaboration with Renee Worthington.
Cameron Topping is passionate about designing spaces that respond to the landscape with a sensitivity to history and sustainability. With a background in Photojournalism, his work focuses on the narrative inherent in each project. He is influenced by the High Tech movement as well as a fusion of Japanese and Australian design. By establishing a strong connection between the building and environment, his work focuses on liminal spaces that celebrate the local climate. He is a strong advocate of wellbeing and sustainability within the built environment, creating solutions that have a lasting positive impact on society.
