FRAMED: A New Hall of Democracy

Framed represents a change in the political systems of Australia, giving a platform to the people, while aiming to re-focus on both environmental and social issues in our society. The homogenous white facade presents a united and equal front, symbolising the ideals of transparency and equity in democracy. Simplistic in nature, the built form provides a calming environment and a blank canvas for complex ideas to grow within.
